TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Formation of Contract
These Terms and Conditions are the sole terms for Customer’s purchase of product from IL NEGOZIO DELLA MAMMA DI CLE SRLS , and shall apply to the exclusion of any additional or different terms that Customer may propose. Sale of Product to Customer is conditioned upon Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Customer’s ordering and/or accepting Product is evidence that Customer has accepted these Terms and Conditions. Any revisions to these Terms and Conditions require written approval by a Notions’ officer.
Requirements to be a Customer
This is a retailer website, meaning sales are only meant to be directed to stores for resale purpose. You will be required to provide a business license or verifiable VAT number in order to be qualified as a reseller.
Discounts applied are intended for store to resell the products in their store.
Minimum Order
Each order has to be at least 150 Euros.
Minimum order quantity is 2 per item, except where differently stated (you will have to buy single 12X12 inches sheet in batches of 25 for example).
Order Changes
Orders are processed as they come into the website. We are very quick pickers and packers, so once your orders is placed, it might be very difficult for us to make changes. You can still try and email us with your request. If order is not yet packed we might be able to make adjustments for you.
Once your order is marked as shipped, no more changes can be made.
Pre Orders
As new releases are planned, we might decide to start pre orders so you can pre order any quantity you’d like to purchase. Pre orders will be handled as stand alone orders, meaning you will not be able to add anything regularly stocked to the pre order. You might however place another order and indicate in the note fields that you wish to receive the present order with the pre order you have placed. We will combine the orders for you.
Returns and Adjustments
Customer must report all claims and discrepancies within 7 days of receipt of Product.
If you report a defective product, we will either refund that or keep the credit for your next order, or ,again, send a new product with the next order that is shipping out to you.
If you want to return a product, you should fill the RETURN form you can find in your account. All returns must be approved and products must be intact in their original package.
You will have to return the good with the shipping method you prefer, and once good are received and approved, you will be refunded or have a bonus credit to spend in the store.
Prices
The retail price shown in our website and in our catalogs are manufacturer suggested retail prices, in Euros. Prices shown do not include VAT and taxes that will be calculated in your country.
You are not allowed to sell the goods at a lower rate than the MRSP.
Payment Terms
You can easily pay with a credit card, using either Paypal or Stripe.
No other payments are presently allowed.
Shipping
As you can see, shipping fee is calculated once your order is packed and ready to ship.
That will allow us to calculate the best shipping fee for you.
Once we set that, you will get a Paypal invoice and a money request so you can fulfill that .
After that, you order will be shipped.
Should you have a contract with a freight forwarder, you are welcome to use your own courier, you will need to create a shipping label and arrange pick up on your end. We will be glad to hand that any ways you prefer.
Our duty
We are not taking charge for issues not depending on our own work, such as incidents, explosions, fires, strikes and similar.
We are not taking charge for frauds applied to the use of customers’ credit cards. In fact, we are in no step of our purchasing process, able to identify information regarding the mean of payment that is used on our website. All information are secured by the web sites used for payment such as Paypal and Stripe payment circuit.
